The Negative is unlocked by beating Satan 5 times.
The player will transport to Chest when entering the chest spawned by Isaac so long as the player holds The Polaroid. The player will transport to Dark Room when entering the chest spawned by Satan so long as the player holds The Negative. It is possible to reach Cathedral alternatively via a beam of light which spawns in the Angel Room on Womb II.It is possible to reach Sheol alternatively via a trapdoor generated by We Need to Go Deeper! or Rune of Ehwaz on Womb II, or through a trapdoor which spawns in the Devil Room on Womb II.
The entrances will also spawn after beating Hush. These entrances will spawn after beating It Lives, which replaces Mom's Heart on every subsequent run. This entrance will spawn after beating Mom on every subsequent run. An entrance to Womb is unlocked by beating Mom 1 time.
